Pickup — I'll collect it You pick everything up at our kitchen on W. Markham. No delivery, no setup, no fees. Delivery only — drop it off We drive it to your address and hand it over. No chafers, no buffet setup — you take it from there. Delivery + full setup We deliver and build the buffet line — chafers, serving utensils, labels — ready to eat when you are. Full setup + service staff Everything in full setup, plus our people on site to serve, keep the line stocked, and clean up after.
