Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Amazing Grace Entrées website and to orders you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are between you and ALLL Foods LLC, doing business as Amazing Grace Entrées ("Amazing Grace Entrées," "we," "us," or "our") — a food business located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Ordering and availability

You can preorder for the rest of the current week at any time; next week's menu releases every Friday. You can also place same-day orders until 7:00 AM, subject to availability. Each day has a limited number of servings; once a day sells out, no further orders can be placed for that day. We may add, remove, close, or change the availability of any day or item at our discretion.

Pickup, and catering fulfillment

Everyday menu orders and 6-packs are pickup only at our Little Rock location. We do not offer delivery or shipping for these. Please pick up your order during pickup hours (Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM) on the pickup day you selected at checkout. Orders not picked up on the selected day may not be held or refunded.

Catering may be fulfilled by pickup, delivery, delivery with setup, or setup with service staff. You choose a preference when you submit a catering request, but it is a request, not a booking: availability, scope, and price for any off-site service are confirmed only in the written quote we send you, and delivery or service is not agreed until you accept that quote and pay. Any delivery fee, service charge, or staffing charge will be stated as a separate line on your quote and invoice before you pay. Delivery is limited to the area we serve and may be declined for any event.

Access and site conditions. For any off-site catering, you are responsible for giving us accurate delivery details, a reachable day-of contact, and lawful access to the location at the agreed time — including parking, entry, and any codes or permissions we need. If we cannot access the site, cannot reach your contact, or conditions differ materially from what you described, we may leave the food at the nearest safe accessible point or return it to our kitchen, and the order is not refundable in that case.

Food safety after handover. For pickup and for delivery without setup, responsibility for safe storage, holding temperature, and service passes to you once the food leaves our care. Hot food held without chafing or heating equipment can fall below a safe temperature in roughly ninety minutes. Where we provide setup or service staff, we remain responsible for holding and serving the food for the agreed service period only, and you remain responsible for the food after that period ends.

Prices, tax, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are tax-inclusive: the menu price already includes applicable Arkansas state, county, city, and prepared-food sales tax, so the amount shown is the total you pay. Payment is collected at the time you order, securely through our payment processor, Stripe. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully completed. If we cannot process your payment, your order will not be placed.

Text messages (SMS)

Program. Amazing Grace Entrées sends transactional text messages about your order — an order confirmation, a pickup-day reminder, and a reply when you check in on arrival. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. You opt in on this website when you place an order: tick the optional "Text me about my order" checkbox below the Place Order button and provide a mobile number at checkout. The box is unchecked by default and you must check it yourself. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase — you may order without it, and we will contact you by email instead.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies by order, and is typically no more than a few messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply and we are not responsible for them.

How to stop, and how to get help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at (501) 621-2474 or through our Contact page.

Delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

Privacy. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are never sold, and are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Because our food is prepared fresh for your selected pickup day, we generally cannot offer refunds for orders that are not picked up. If there is a problem with your order, or if we are unable to fulfill it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right — through a refund, credit, or replacement, at our reasonable discretion.

Food, allergens, and dietary needs

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a particular allergen. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering. You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or restrictions.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering (including a working phone number and email so we can reach you), and to use the website only for lawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including the name, logo, text, and images — belongs to Amazing Grace Entrées and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, which applies to orders placed after that date.
